David Colleran

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

David Colleran joined Anika in March 2020 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Colleran leads Anika’s global legal organization, including corporate governance and compliance. Most recently, Mr. Colleran served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Insulet Corporation, a publicly traded, global medical device and drug delivery company. Prior to Insulet, he held the role of Vice President and General Counsel at Covidien, a global manufacturer of medical devices and supplies acquired by Medtronic, and Corporate Counsel at Ocean Spray Cranberries.  Mr. Colleran began his career as a corporate attorney at Choate, Hall & Stewart.

Mr. Colleran holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and he is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
