Matt Hall

Matt Hall was appointed Executive Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations in March 2026 after joining Anika in 2022 as Director of Business Development.

Mr. Hall joined Anika from Highland Park Partners, an investment and advisory firm he founded serving venture capital, private equity, non profit, and governmental clients. Prior to founding Highland Park Partners, he was a Vice President at The Carlyle Group, where he sourced, evaluated, and executed fund investment opportunities and led North American life sciences efforts for Carlyle’s AlpInvest Partners business. In this role, Mr. Hall also served on multiple limited partner advisory boards representing the interests of major institutional investors. Before joining The Carlyle Group, Mr. Hall spent several years as an equity investor sourcing and executing investments and serving as a board member for early-stage life sciences companies.

Mr. Hall holds a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University.
