Pete Conley

Pete Conley was appointed as Executive Director of Supply Chain in March 2026 after joining Anika in February 2022 as Executive Director of Operations. Mr. Conley brings over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, spanning both large global organizations and early-stage, precommercial companies.

Prior to joining Anika, Mr. Conley spent over 15 years at Smith+Nephew, where he held multiple director-level roles across Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Supply Chain where he provided global financial leadership oversight. Mr. Conley has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and has played a key role in international large-scale expansion efforts.

Mr. Conley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College.
